Sheet metal that's designed to be cut, formed, and welded — not just modelled.
Enclosures, brackets, panels and structural sheet components, designed with the realities of laser cutting, forming, and welding in mind from the first model — so what looks right on screen still fits together on the bench.
What we design
Enclosures and housings, brackets and mounts, structural panels, bar and worktop cladding — flat-pattern-ready parts with bend allowances, minimum flange lengths, tool access and grain direction accounted for at the model stage, not discovered on the shop floor.
How we work
Model, flat pattern and technical drawing produced together, then cut and formed either on our own shop floor or through our manufacturing partner network across the UK and Poland — see Fabrication Drawings for what goes to the cutter, and Design for Manufacture for the wider network.
