Manufacturing · Manufacturing Support

Support that runs alongside your production, not just before it.

Ongoing production support — quality checks, supplier liaison across our manufacturing partner network, troubleshooting on the shop floor — so a project doesn't lose momentum once it leaves the drawing board.

01

What ongoing support covers

Quality checks against the original drawing pack, liaison with whichever partner in our UK and Poland network is running a job, troubleshooting when a batch doesn't come off the line the way the first article did, and the coordination needed to scale from a prototype run to full volume.

02

One point of contact, whoever's floor it's built on

Small batches and one-offs are made in-house; larger or more specialised runs go through our manufacturing partner network. Either way, it's the same point of contact and the same DfM discipline from first sketch to delivered part — see Design for Manufacture for the full network list.
