Precision, performance, and manufacturability — in that order.
Our design capability covers detailed 3D modelling, assemblies, and technical drawings, engineered for precision and performance across every project, and built manufacturable from the start rather than fixed after the fact.
What we model
Assemblies and single components, sheet metal and structural steel, metal enclosures, bar and restaurant tops, metal fittings, brackets, jigs and fixtures. Whether it's a client's product or one of our own, the same standard applies: it has to work, and it has to be buildable.
How we work
Concept sketches or a customer brief in, a fully toleranced, production-ready model out — with technical drawings a manufacturer can quote and cut from directly, whether that's our own shop floor or one of our manufacturing partners in the UK and Poland. Where a physical part already exists, we can start from a 3D scan instead of a blank screen — see Reverse Engineering.
And where a business simply doesn't have design capacity of its own, we can act as that department — picking up as much or as little of the process as you need.
What leaves our CAD models
Clean stainless steel parts, straight from a toleranced model to the bench — plus finished and press-formed metal enclosures, direct proof of the fittings and enclosures line above.
