Capabilities · 3D Printing — Carbon Fibre

Functional parts, not just prototypes.

We print in carbon-fibre and glass-fibre reinforced engineering filament for parts that need to hold up under real load — stiffer and lighter than standard FDM plastic, and dimensionally stable enough to use as a finished component, not just a proof of concept.

01 · Quality control

Material quality, checked

Not all reinforced filament prints the same. We've seen the difference a poor-quality material makes firsthand — inconsistent layer adhesion, warping, a part that looks right and fails anyway — and we check every material against our own standard before it goes near a customer job.

02 · New capacity

New on the print floor

We've recently added a Bambu Lab H2D to our print floor — a dual-nozzle system with a dedicated fibre-reinforced material path, purpose-built for exactly this kind of work.

What to send us

A CAD model, a scan (see 3D Scanning), or just a part that needs replacing — either way, we can quote from geometry alone. Lead time is quoted project-by-project depending on part size and complexity, rather than a fixed number — get in touch with your geometry and we'll give you a realistic turnaround.
